Can D-API get my WhatsApp number banned?
Bans depend on how the number is used and on compliance with WhatsApp's Commerce Policy. D-API is infrastructure; even so, we strongly discourage SPAM and high-risk niches (such as gambling) to protect the health of your number.
Does D-API offer a dedicated proxy or IP per connection?
Yes. Every connection gets a dedicated proxy with its own IP, managed automatically by D-API, which lowers the risk of bans as you scale sending and improves session stability.
How does Scale plan pricing work?
D-API has a single plan, Scale: unlimited instances, and you only pay for the connections you use. The price per connection drops automatically with your total number of connections and applies to all of them: 1 to 9 connections, $15.00 each; 10 connections, $9.90 each; 11 to 50, $8.75 each. Above 50 connections, talk to sales. SaaS companies that sign through sales pay $9.90 from the first connection.
What does onboarding look like for companies?
We create a WhatsApp group with your technical team to answer questions during implementation and follow your first steps in production. When needed, we extend the trial at no extra cost.
Does D-API have an official SDK?
Yes. We maintain the official d-api-sdk package on npm for Node.js and TypeScript, with an authenticated client, automatic retry and webhook helpers. It's optional: the REST API works from any language.
Are webhook deliveries guaranteed?
Yes. D-API retries with exponential backoff if your endpoint doesn't acknowledge the event. You can also consume events through RabbitMQ for end-to-end delivery guarantees.
