How does the WhatsApp API Scale plan pricing work?
D-API has a single plan, Scale: unlimited instances, and you only pay for the connections you use. The price per connection drops as your total grows and applies to all of them: 1 to 9 connections, $15.00 each; 10 connections, $9.90 each; 11 to 50, $8.75 each. Over 50 connections, talk to sales. SaaS companies that sign with our sales team pay $9.90 from the first connection.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. D-API offers a 3-day free trial, no credit card, with full access: 1 active WhatsApp instance, the dashboard and the API docs to validate your integration.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you want, directly from the dashboard, with no long-term contract and no hidden cancellation fees.
Are there limits on the number of messages?
No. D-API has no message limits and no per-message fees: you only pay for active connections, so you can scale without variable costs per message.
Can I use D-API outside Brazil?
Yes. D-API works anywhere in the world, and you can pay in several currencies through our Stripe integration.
Do I get a dedicated proxy or IP per connection?
Yes. Each connection gets a dedicated proxy with its own IP, managed automatically by D-API. This reduces the risk of bans as you scale and keeps sessions stable.

Yes. D-API works with both personal and WhatsApp Business accounts, with the same stability on both.
